Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our wedding packages are made to order specifically for your wedding date. As flowers are purchased and prepared especially for each order, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows.
Cancellation by the Customer
More than 4 weeks before the wedding date
Orders cancelled more than 4 weeks before the wedding date may be eligible for a refund, less any costs already incurred in relation to the order.
Within 4 weeks of the wedding date
Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers, cancellations made within 4 weeks of the wedding date are non-refundable.
Once your order is within the 4-week period, flowers and materials may have already been secured specifically for your wedding, and your date may no longer be available to another couple.
Changes to Your Order
We understand that plans can change. Requests to make changes to your wedding package should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
Changes to flower colours or preferences may be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed due to seasonal flower availability.
Cancellation by Summer Blooms
In the unlikely event that Summer Blooms is unable to fulfil your order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative where possible. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund of payments made to Summer Blooms.
Summer Blooms have the right to cancel the order if it doesn't meet the $800 minimum spend.
Collection
Wedding packages are collection only at this stage.
Orders are to be collected from Sunbury, Victoria, on the morning of your wedding, at the agreed collection time.
We recommend arranging for a trusted friend or family member to collect your flowers, particularly if you are getting ready on the morning of your wedding.
Summer Blooms does not currently offer delivery for wedding packages.
Flower Care After Collection
Flowers are a perishable product and should be treated with care once collected. To help keep your flowers looking their best, they should be kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight, heat, strong draughts and enclosed hot spaces such as a car.
Summer Blooms cannot be held responsible for deterioration or damage caused by incorrect storage, excessive heat or conditions outside of our control after collection.
Floral Images & Seasonal Availability
The photographs shown on our website are a guide only and are intended to demonstrate our signature floral style, colour palettes and overall aesthetic.
As we work with seasonal and locally available flowers, the exact varieties, colours, shapes and quantities of flowers may vary from the images shown. Your wedding flowers will be designed to reflect your chosen colour palette and our signature garden-inspired style, using the best seasonal flowers available at the time of your wedding.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
